We are an organization of CRAs who staff and place other CRAs. As such, we know more about the roles, client companies, therapeutic areas and the nature of the work than traditional staffing agencies. We leverage our experience to make better placements that benefit everyone, and provide project management assistance after the hire to make sure expectations are met on both sides. There's no extra charge for this - it's built in to our overhead and your cost - we just wouldn't feel right providing you with a monitor and then just walking away.
